Though we don’t have any information on whether or not this café will be making its way to America, this is one of those rare opportunities where you can get your hands on one of these limited-edition souvenirs. Not only are their t-shirts and mugs available, but they also offer an array of themed cocktails that are perfect for adults and kids alike.

How much everything costs

It’s no secret that many people have been obsessed with Netflix’s hit show, Stranger Things. With its classic sci-fi horror genre and nostalgic 80s setting, the show has captured the hearts of many viewers. Now, you can experience all the magic of Hawkins at a café located in Tokyo!

Japan has just opened its very first Stranger Things café. Located in Ikebukuro, the restaurant has recreated scenes from the show and sells its version of Eleven’s favorite food item – Eggo waffles. Admission costs 2,400 yen (roughly USD 20), which covers the entrance to the café as well as one drink.

How to get there

Located in Tokyo’s Harajuku district, the cafe features all the decor you would expect to find in a 1980s-themed Stranger Things set. There are vintage posters, 80s music playing in the background, and plenty of classic games like Pac-Man and Jenga to play with your friends. For those that want more than just a photo opportunity, there’s also a menu full of nostalgic dishes like chocolate pudding and blueberry pie.

To get to the Stranger Things café from Shibuya Station on foot, head towards Meiji Jingu Shrine and keep walking until you reach Takeshita Street. Head up this street for about five minutes until you see a pink building on your left with an entrance gate made out of coiled rope.
